The interim government said people who are opposing its initiatives and proposals like the setting up of FICAC and the People's Charter are only delaying the process to achieve a truly democratic nation.
Interim Prime Minister, Commodore Frank Bainimarama said the legal actions against their proposals will not assist them in the process.
He also believes that the politicians in Fiji are still not ready to set up a truly democratic government which looks after everyone in the country.
Commodore Bainimarama has also stressed that he is getting positive results after appointing some senior military officers in the civil service despite criticisms leveled against him that he is focusing on the militarisation of the government.
