Brumbies flyhalf Christian Lealiifano will play his 100th Super Rugby match against the Stormers in Saturday's elimination final.

Lealiffano debuted as a 20‑year‑old with the Brumbies in 2008 and has played all 100 of his Super Rugby matches for the Canberra side and gone on to score 625 career points for the club.

The flyhalf says it is a great honour to reach 100 games for the same club.

The Brumbies arrived in Cape Town on Monday following a 25‑hour journey from Australia.

The two sides met six weeks ago where the Brumbies went down 25‑24 in a nail‑biter.

Lealiifano was criticised for kicking following that match, but says it is no concern heading into the qualifier.

If the Brumbies win, they will take on the Hurricanes in Wellington next week.

The Stormers will host the Brumbies at 3.05am Sunday and the Highlanders will take on Chiefs at 7.35pm on Saturday.
