Leadership Fiji will launch its 2010 programme later this evening.
Incoming Chairman, and Managing Director of Communications Fiji Limited William Parkinson said twenty eight successful applicants come from a wide range of backgrounds.
This group features participants from the public service, banking, tourism, telecommunications, retail, the media, NGO Community the accounting profession and the transport and freight sector.
At the launch, Leadership Fiji will also farewell retiring Chairman Daryl Tarte as Parkinson said they are very grateful to Tart for the guidance and leadership he has provided the programme since inception in 2001.
Incoming Chairman Pakinson said they are expecting more improvements this year.
Leadership Fiji 2010 will be launched at JJ=s Convention Center at 6pm today by Chairman of Transparency International Fiji and Managing Director of Williams and Gosling Limited Dave Aidney.
