Ousted Prime Minister, Laisenia Qarase on arrival at the Nausori Airport offered his services to the interim administration to begin talks on a genuine move forward for Fiji.
In reply, Interim Prime Minister, Frank Bainimarama said that Qarase had nothing to offer and that it would be pointless for the interim administration to have talks with him as the military council is also of the view that Qarase and former SDL Ministers should never return to power.
