Lawyers representing ousted Prime Minister Laisenia Qarase and

Interim Prime Minister, Commodore Frank Bainimarama continue to meet behind closed doors to decide on the list of witnesses to be called on the December 5th takeover case.

Qarase's senior counsel, Tevita Fa confirms that the lawyers will come back to court at 2pm today to confirm those who will be called as witnesses.

Fa said that the main matter of contention is whether the President's official secretary, Rupeni Nacewa can be called as a witness to give evidence.
