Ousted Prime Minister Laisenia Qarase's legal counsel Tevita Fa clarified today that if the Interim Prime Minister Commodore Frank Bainimarama's and Qarase's lawyer agreed on facts when the case resumes next Tuesday, no witness will be called to testify in court regarding the case and the removal of the Qarase Government from power on December 5th, last year.

Fa said from yesterday, they have not been able to come to an agreement on the agreed facts and they are hoping that by next week, everything will be sorted out.

He said if that happens, all witnesses who they want to call including the President's Official Secretary Rupeni Nacewa will not testify, since all their affidavits will be incorporated.
