Lawyer representing former Post Fiji Limited Board chairman Mahendra Patel will this week seek an order from the High Court to suppress the use and publication of the Ministry of Finance Internal Audit Report.
As the Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption is now expected to start investigations into allegations leveled against the former board members and senior managers of Post Fiji, Hamendra Nagin said they will ensure that the document is not used any further to bring disrepute to his client.
The Finance Ministry Internal Audit Unit Report states that millions of tax dollars were allegedly misused by former board members and senior managers as highlighted by Village News earlier.
