The Queens Counsel representing Businessman Ballu Khan has advised him not to return to Fiji anytime soon.
QC Peter Williams told Radio Australia that Khan has suffered a lot in Fiji and it would be better if he stays away from Fiji.
Williams also told ABC that Khan's business has been greatly affected.
Khan left for Australia on Thursday morning after a permanent stay was granted on proceedings against him as he was earlier charged with conspiracy to murder.
