Felix Anthony is out of touch with reality if he thinks the Natadola Tourism Project is progressing well.

These are the words of APRIL's Legal Council Renee Lal in a statement released, referring to a media statement by Anthony that created the impression that all was well at Natadola.

Lal added that Anthony is basing his comment on a claim that a court stay order against Natadola Bay Resort Limited granted to APRIL, had been lifted.

According to Lal, there was no stay order saying that Anthony was presumably referring to an injunction granted to APRIL restraining NBRL from entering its office premises. Lal said the company actually supported the lifting of the injunction.

Lal said that a number of FNPF board members and others could expect to be subpoenaed and cross-examined and actions are also planned over defamation and injury to APRIL's reputation.

Felix Anthony is expected to comment later today.
