A Sigatoka lawyer is claiming that he has been victimized by the Fiji Law Society after his office was ransacked by a receiver on Tuesday.
Speaking to Fijivillage, Sushil Sharma said he was in partnership with a lawyer, however, their partnership was dissolved on 18th March and now the Fiji Law society is trying to stop him from practicing law.
He added that he will be taking the matter to court.
However, Fiji Law Society President Isireli Fa said Sharma is not qualified enough to practice law.
Fa added there was nothing wrong done in closing his office.
