The Fiji Law Society said it will not make submissions or participate in the consultation process on the draft people's charter.
Society President Isireli Fa said the Society has already made its decision to refrain from engaging in the process.
However, Fa said the Society will not stop any of its members if they wish to provide legal advice to the NCBBF Consultation teams on the draft charter.
