Lautoka soccer team now must win their final game in the O-League and hope that Marist FC upset Papua New Guinea=s Hekari United, for them to have any chance of making it to the final from Group B.

The Fiji franchise side were beaten 1-0 by Hekari yesterday, who now tops Group B with 10 points while Lautoka sits in second with 9 points and Tafea is in 3rd place with 8 points.

Lautoka Soccer President Shalen Prasad said indiscipline cost them.

Lethal striker Osea Vakatalesau and Marika Madigi were given their marching orders in the second spell and both players will miss the last match against Tafea on 28th March in Port Villa.

Prasad said Lautoka players lost their temper and as a result two of their top players were red carded which made things difficult for them.

Prasad said he has not lost faith and he knows they can come back and qualify but they will need the results to go in our favour adding the side did not play to the standard that they have been playing.
