The Lautoka soccer team is planning to bring in 3 overseas based players for next week’s Innk Mobile Battle of Giants soccer Tournament.
Lautoka Soccer Association President Shalendra Prasad said they are having talks with a Nigerian defender and two strikers, one each from Vanuatu and the Solomon Islands to join the Blues.
Prasad also confirms that former Labasa defender Ilaitia Tuilau will be joining the team tomorrow.
The Blues have won the BOG tournament only once in 1985.
Lautoka plays Rewa at 7.15pm next Saturday at Subrail Park in their first match of the BOG.
