The Lautoka Soccer Association has terminated the contract of their Coach Dennis Singh.

Association President, Shalen Prasad said Singh will no longer be employed by them after he criticised the officials while being sent on leave without pay.

Prasad said Singh failed to attend the emergency meeting of Lautoka soccer on Monday after the team's poor performance against Suva and Rewa in the National League competition, although they won both the games.

He said they are now having talks with former Fiji soccer team Coach Carlos Buzetti to take over from Singh. Buzetti was Lautoka's technical adviser during the BOG tournament last month.

Prasad also said that at this stage, the Lautoka soccer team is helped by Vice-President Raymond Singh and Team Director Shalen Tulsi.

Lautoka, who has a chance of winning the National League title this season will play Labasa in the only match today at 7pm at Churchill Park.
