The Lautoka 15's rugby team should not rely on their past history against Nadroga for the 5th BSP Farebrother Sullivan trophy challenge this Saturday.
Rugby commentator Ravi Sharma said while the sugar city boys can boast about the fact that they ended Nadroga's 9 year reign in 1979, they should not expect the same treatment from this new generation of players.
Sharma added that after the game against Tailevu last Saturday it was evident that the player depth in the Stallions squad is what coach Esala Nauga relies on to defend the Farebrother.
He believes the other factor that favour's Nadroga is the hard work of their coaching staff in changing their game plan in the past four weeks, which has caught many teams by surprise.
This Saturday Nadroga will be defending the BSP Farebrother Sullivan trophy for the 5th time against Lautoka at 3.30pm and you can catch the live commentary on our sister station Viti FM.
