The Lautoka soccer team left for Papua New Guinea this morning for their O-League match without their top defender Samuela Vula.

Vula, who is in the Fiji Military Forces, was not able to get his visa from the Australian High Commission.

Lautoka Soccer President Shalen Prasad said arrangements are being made for Vula to catch a direct flight to PNG.

Prasad also said that Australia based Nohuel Arrarte, James Chronopolous and New Zealand based Salesh Kumar will join the team in PNG.

He said that the players are in high spirits and should win their second match in the O-League on Saturday.

Lautoka and Hekari Souths match will kick off on Saturday at 5pm in Port Moresby.
