Two key members of the Shop and Save Lautoka soccer have been dropped ahead of their opening O-League campaign against Marist FC on Sunday.
President Shalen Prasad has confirmed that striker Valerio Nawatu and goalkeeper Alifereti Baleiloa are temporarily suspended from the Lautoka team.
Prasad said that they have decided to suspend the duo while a case against them is still being investigated.
Nawatu and Baleiloa will appear before the disciplinary committee on the 28th of October at 4pm.
Lautoka will travel to Soloman to take on Marist FC on Sunday at 4pm in the opening O-League game.
