Lautoka confident of win
The side will be captained today by defender Lorima Dau.
He said players have been riding high after two wins in the National Soccer league competition this season.
Dau said they won’t be taking Navua lightly but with the caliber of players in Lautoka, they will have an edge over their southern rivals.
He is hoping to go 2-up against Navua after beating them 1-0 during the CVC series in January.
Meanwhile, top striker Jone Vono Junior will again miss today’s game because of injury but according to Dau that shouldn’t be a problem as they have other good strikers like Kamal Hassan and Osea Vakatalesau that can get the goals for the Blues.
Navua versus Lautoka match will kick off today at 4pm at the tfl National Stadium.
You can catch the live commentary of the match on our sister station Radio Sargam.
In other National Soccer League match today Nasinu plays Nadi at 2pm also the stadium.
Meanwhile, looking at the games played yesterday, Suva beat Ba 3-1, Labasa played to a 1-all draw against Rewa and Tavua also played to a 1-all draw against Nadroga.
