It’s two in the bag for the Sugar City side after day two of the Vodafone Fiji FACT.
Lautoka beat Fortech Rewa by 1-0 earlier today and also defeated Navua 2-1 in their opening clash yesterday.
Nelson Odaiji scored the goal against Fortec Rewa while Alvin Avinesh and Ali Anthony scored the goals against Navua.
Lautoka’s Henry Uche and Jone Kaloutani together with Fortech Rewa’s Poasa Bainivalu were shown red cards in the match.
Meanwhile, Suva is currently playing Nadroga with both teams locked at nil all.
Earlier this morning, Rusiate Matirerega and Uraia Loki scored a goal each to help Nadi in defeating Navua by 2-0.
Meanwhile, defending champions Suva and last year’s runner up Ba made a good start to the tournament with both teams recording wins on Day 1.
Suva defeated Labasa 2 nil while Ba beat Nadroga 3 nil.
The last match for today will be between Ba and Labasa at 4pm.
