The affairs of the Lautoka City Council are now being investigated by FICAC.
Special administrator Aisea Tuidraki has confirmed that FICAC officers raided the office a few weeks ago and took away files and other items from the office.
Tuidraki said they are still awaiting the files from FICAC to complete their 2009 audit report.
The special administrator has also revealed that town clerk Pusp Raj has been advised to take all his pending leave.
