The eldest daughter of the late Tui Nayau, Adi Ateca Ganilau today spoke on behalf of the Mara family on the launch of his biography "Tuimacilai".
Adi Ateca said their Ratu as they called him was a very " hands on" father during childhood to the eight children, 14 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
She recalls how her father felt and was affected during the takeover in 2000.
Adi Ateca is the wife of the Defense Minister, Ratu Epeli Ganilau.
