The Flying Fijians jet out of Nadi tomorrow and it will be the last chance for the 11 local based players to impress the selectors and the coach for the 2011 Rugby World Cup.
When questioned on why a number of top overseas based players like Sunia Koto, Sisa Koyamaibole, Timoci Nagusa, Michael Tagicakibau and Saimoni Vaka were not selected, Head Coach Glen Ella said they have to test the local boys to see whether they can perform on Test level.
Ella adds these overseas players who have not been selected, are still part of the large squad who have been eyed for the 2011 World Cup.
The Fiji Team left Suva this morning and will spend the night in Nadi before flying out tomorrow.
The Flying Fijians opening game is against Scotland next Sunday at 2.30am.
