The four lane road and bridge importantly is anticipated to enhance and contribute to socio-economic activities and development of Fiji.
These are the words of Interim Works Minister Timoci Natuva while opening the $2 million Laqere Bridge this morning. He said the bridge as a result, is part of government's capacity building project that is expected to cut travelling time for people travelling between Nausori and Suva.
Natuva said this is one of the many projects earmarked to be completed this year.
