Landowners from the Yavusa Salatu who have issued Fulton College an eviction notice are seeking more than $20 million in damages for the use of their land without proper approval.

Spokesperson of the Yavusa Salatu, Sakiasi Moto-tabua said they cannot wait any longer and had to serve the Australasian Conference Association Limited (ACAL), the operators of Fulton College with an eviction notice.

Mototabua adds they have others who want to lease their land through deals which would benefit the landowners.
