The Managers of Fulton College in Tailevu have been given until the end of the month to come forward and clarify the land issues with the landowners from Nakalawaca village who have issued the institute with an eviction notice.
Spokesperson of the Yavusa Salatu, Sakiasi Mototabua said they cannot wait any longer and had to serve them with an eviction notice.
Mototabua adds they have others who are want to lease the land through deals which would benefit the landowners.
NLTB General Manager Semi Tabakanalagi when contacted earlier said he will comment later today on the matter.
