A Kadavu chief is calling on the landowners in the country to change their attitude and utilize their piece of land that is vacant for commercial farming.
Chairman of the Kadavu Provincial Council, Ratu Josateki Nawalowalo says in order to do that, leaders in the villages should come out and work with the Government to invest in their land and surely they will get the desired returns.
Nawalowalo says the landowners should not be bogged down by what some politicians say that Interim Minister of Finance Mahendra Chaudhry should not deal with the land issues.
