There is good news for landowners who want to give their land for development that the Ministry of Land has setup a land bank unit which will now look at ways in which land can be better utilized.
Permanent Secretary for Lands, Colonel Neumi Leweni said the land bank will not only assist landowners but also the investors who are looking for land.
Leweni said they are not interfering with the work of the NLTB as this land bank is for land owners who still have their land lying idle and can be use for development.
