Hundred of residents in Lami and Tamavua areas remain without water supply for the third day today.
The Department of Water and Sewerage confirms that work continues on a pump at the Waimanu Reservoir and residents in Veisari, Lami, Delainavesi, Tamavua, Wairua and Wailoku areas will be without water again this afternoon.
The water cuts started after the pump broke down on Friday and repair works are continuing.
Divisional Water Engineer Eastern, Samuela Tubui said water supply is expected to normalise late tomorrow morning and water trucks are being sent to the affected areas.
