Residents of Lami, Suva and parts of Tamavua will not receive water today due to low water levels at the Tamavua and the Waimanu reservoirs.
Divisional Water Engineer Serei-Cocoko-Yanuyanurua had confirmed that the affected areas are Veisari, Lami, Samabula, Princes Road and other surrounding areas.
According to him the water supply is expected to normalize by tomorrow.
Meanwhile a resident Kamal Iyer said they have been facing water cuts since early this morning and there was no advisory issued by the Water Supply Department to inform the residents about the disruptions.
