Soon after the ruling Former Prime Minister Laisenia Qarase was delighted.
He said it is now for the President to do the right thing in accordance with the ruling.
Qarase also stressed that they have no intention to go back into government at this stage, and will wait for the Writ of Elections and the calling of elections.
