The final of the Courts IDC will be played between Labasa and Ba this afternoon.
Ba defeated Suva in the second semifinal by 1-0 just a few moments ago.
Ba’s goal was scored by Malakai Tiwa in the 7th minute of the second half.
In the first semi-final Labasa defeated Lautoka by 1-0 through a goal by Roy Krishna.
Lautoka was reduced to ten men after Valerio Nawatu was shown a red card in the second half for continuous fowls on Labasa players.
Labasa coach, Gurjeet Singh said they will do everything right to win the title for the Northerners after 17 years.
Labasa striker Roy Krishna whose goal took Labasa to the finals is happy that Maciu Dunadamu will feature in the final after two match suspension.
Labasa had last won the IDC title in 1994 at the same venue where they beat Suva one-nil in the final.
The Ba-Labasa final will begin at 4.30pm
