The Labasa soccer team is in danger of being demoted to the Premier ranks next season after they were held to a 1 all draw by Tavua at Subrail Park.

The visitors scored first while the Babasiga Lions had to rely on the boot of Joseph Nimiriau to escape a loss at home.

With the last team in points table will be automatically relegated next year, Labasa will need to win their remaining games to retain their top spot.

In another game on Friday night, Nadroga continue with their impressive run with a 2-nil win against Nadi.

Today at 1pm Nasinu host Rewa at the TFL Stadium while at 3pm Suva takes on Ba.

At Thompson Park, Navua will face Lautoka also at 3pm.
