Residents in Labasa are keeping their fingers crossed that water will be restored as they have been without water supply since this morning.
Eleni Bukasasa who lives in Vulovi said they did not really feel the pinch today as it was a weekend but tomorrow if water was out it would be really hard.
Water Supply Department, Spokesperson, Maika Nagalu said they are still working on the main pipe from Benau to Volanau burst last night.
Areas affected once again: Boca, Urata, Baubale, Vaturekuka, Bulileka, Vunivau, Vatunibale, Basoga and Vulovi will be affected throughout the day today.
Water is expected to be restored to these areas at 5pm this afternoon.
