Three points were taken away from the Labasa soccer team in the Inkk Mobile Battle of the Giants soccer tournament.

The Rewa soccer team complained against the Northerners for breaching the contract between the 2 parties over Posiano Kalisito.

The Delta Tigers have a lifeline now as Labasa and Rewa, both have 3 points but Rewa has a better goal difference after they thumped Nadroga 11-0 and if Labasa lose to Ba then the defending champions will qualify for the semifinals.

The Babasiga Lions just need to draw this match against Ba to qualify from pool 1 with Men in Black.

The match after this will see the crucial encounter between Lautoka and Suva.

The protest by Nadi against Lautoka was disallowed which means that the hosts remain on top with 6 points from pool 2 and the Capital City side will need to beat the Blues to qualify while a lose or a draw will see Nadi advance in semifinals.
