The Labasa soccer team is eyeing their first win against neighbours Savusavu in their second pool game in the Courts IDC this afternoon.
After coming from 2-nil down to draw with Ba 2-all last night in the space of less than two minutes, the Gurjeet Singh coached side knows the importance of a win in this game.
With games against Savusavu, Nadi and defending champion, Rewa still left, the Babasiga Lions cannot afford a loss today.
Singh said they have learnt from their mistakes last night and they will be a changed side against Savusavu.
Last night’s results, Navua beat Tavua 2-nil, Lautoka edged Suva 1-nil, Rewa and Nadi played to a nil-all draw.
