The Labasa soccer team has broken Suva's unbeaten run in the National Soccer League by beating them 2‑1 at the ANZ Stadium yesterday.
Suva was leading 1‑0 in the first half through Inia Boko's goal but the Babasiga Lions came back in the second half and scored twice through Jesoni Takala and Christopher Wasasala.
Despite the loss, Suva still leads the National League table with 24 points.
In other matches, Ba edged Lautoka 1‑0, Nadi and Nadroga played to a 1‑all draw and Navua lost to Rewa 1‑0.
