With the Labasa River bursting its banks earlier this evening, a Bulileka Labasa Resident has expressed concern that he is not able to contact his relatives.
Vijen Niwas said that the telephone lines are down and he can is unable to contact his in-laws who stay in Urata.
Meanwhile, Niwas said that the Qawa River has flooded with the Bulileka crossing flooded as well as Bulileka Bridge.
