The Vodafone Labasa soccer team ended their last game on tour on a high note at Churchill Park in Lautoka this afternoon after they beat Lautoka by 2 goals to nil.

Both Labasa and Vodafone Ba were tied with 18 points before their respective matches this weekend, but Ba's 3 goals to 1 defeat of Viva Rewa yesterday has put them ahead of the New World Super Six title holders by having a better goal average.

Labasa Soccer President Avinesh Prasad when contacted by Fijivillage this afternoon said they are confident their last match against rivals Ba will work to their advantage as they will be playing on home ground.

Meanwhile, Ba Soccer President Rishi Kumar has also confirmed that his team will be travelling to Labasa to meet them in the last of the Super 6 matches.
