The initiative to improve customer service and efficient delivery of services at the Land Transport Authority, it has opened a new Toll Free line to all incoming complaints.
The Toll Free number is 08003342886 which will be available from 7am to 6pm on weekdays.
LTA media liaison officer, Doreen Narayan said more than 100 complaints in a week are attended to in the central division alone and it is not an easy task.
Narayan said some drivers are seen to be choosing their own passengers and LTA will deal with them.
She added that the members of the public should note the registration number, date and time of the incident.
Narayan said the Authority will also open a text messaging system for the members of the public later this week.
