Members of the public have lodged complaints with the Land Transport Authority regarding fuel leaking from some buses, black smoke and drivers not turning off their engines when parked at the bus terminal.
Land Transport Authority spokesman Ratu Eroni Volavola said LTA officials are currently at the Suva bus stand and bus owners together with the drivers will be taken to task.
He said LTA will visit other towns in the country in the near future.
