Land Transport Authority (LTA) are now awaiting the investigation reports on the incident where a bus went off road before tumbling in a 30 metre slope in Vuisiga, Village Vunidawa on Sunday.
LTA Spokesperson Eroni Volavola said that any charges will be laid after the investigations are complete.
He added that they are also awaiting reports on the incident in Labasa where a digger fell on a vehicle causing the death of two people nearly two weeks ago.
