The Lautoka City Council has been given the approval to provide incentives to it's ratepayers as it is being owed $5 million in rates.
Special Administrator, Pravin Bala said for the first six months this year, the council managed to collect 53 percent of the rates owed adding that the Local Government Ministry has given them the approval to provide incentives to the ratepayers.
