Ghana born, Fiji based boxer Joseph Kwadjo has become the new IBF Australasian Super Middleweight Champion.
Kwadjo last night in Australia stopped Jamie Pittman in the seventh round.
Southpaw Pittman controlled all the rounds as he scored with power shots to the head and body of Kwadjo.
In round four Pittman suffered a cut on his left eye due to accidental head clash.
In round six both boxers were cautioned for infringements.
Kwadjo dropped Pittman three times with head shots in round seven, and at 2 minutes 59 seconds referee John Gauchi crowned Kwadjo, the IBF Australasian super middleweight champion.
Pittman's only previous loss came in a WBA 160 pound title bout against Felix Sturm when he was turned back in seven rounds in 2008.
