As a lot of attention on code switcher Lote Tuqiri ahead of Asutralia's Four Nation encounter with Papua New Guinea, the Kumuls are coming down on their players.

The Fiji born Tuqiri made history as the first player in 90 years to switch from rugby league to rugby union and then back again to League.

However, the Kumuls have had a week of excitement themselves after the ill discipline of three players cost many of their teammates a week or two's worth of wages.

The players missed a curfew and had a few beers and this has seen the management team imposing a ban on alcohol, no drugs and no breaking curfew.

The Kumuls will be respectful when they face Australian tonight but say they won't be overawed or intimidated as the three players are also out to redeem themselves.

The game kicks off at the Parramatta Stadium at 7.35pm tonight.
