The Chief Executive Officer for the Consumer Council of Fiji, Premila Kumar will still remain in her post as the CEO of the Council.
Earlier last month, it was confirmed that Kumar tendered in her resignation.
However, following a Special Board meeting yesterday Council Chairman Narendra Padarath in a statement announced that Kumar has decided to stay back.
He also said the council has a number activities planned to strengthen consumer protection in the country.
