New Zealand based Labasa soccer striker Roy Krishna is expected to feature for Labasa in the INKK Mobile 2009 Battle of the Giants tournament that will be held next month.
Speaking to Fijivillage sports, Labasa soccer President Avinesh Kumar has confirmed they are still trying to bring Krishna in to boost the young Labasa side.
The draws for the INKK Mobile 2009 Battle of the Giants Tournament was drawn yesterday and in Pool A is Lautoka, Navua, Tavua, Nadroga and Rewa.
"Men in Black" Ba lead Pool B alongside Labasa, Nadi, Nasinu and Suva.
CJ Patel Pacific Fiji Limited, sponsored $40,000 for the INKK Mobile 2009 Battle of the Giants tournament that will be held next month.
The two weeks INNK Mobile 2009 Battle of the Giants will be held from August 1 - August 9 at Churchill Park in Lautoka.
