Flying Fijians number eight, Sisa Koyamaibole has been called to appear before a Rugby Football Union disciplinary panel after allegedly kicking an opponent while playing for his club Sale.
The incident happened in the match against Saracens on January 2nd.
Koyamaibole allegedly kicked Saracens scrum half Richard Wigglesworth.
The incident was reported by independent citing officer Matt Bayliss.
Koyamaibole's hearing will take place tomorrow.
