Melbourne Storm winger Marika Koroibete faces a week on the sideline after being put on report for tripping Cronulla’s Chad Townsend.
The Fijian flyer has been charged with tripping by the match review committee for the ugly 60th minute incident in the Sharks’ spiteful 14‑6 win.
The charge carries 67 points with an early plea, but Koroibete has been suspended for a week with his 88 carry‑over points already on his record.
Meanwhile the Storm will face the Knights at 4pm Saturday.
