Storm’s winger Marika Koroibete faces a nervous wait after being put on report for tripping Sharks’ Chad Townsend.
The Fijian flyer will come under scrutiny from the match review committee for the ugly 60th minute incident in the Sharks spiteful 14‑6 win.
Townsend had darted out of dummy half and was gunning for open space when Koroibete stuck his right leg out and brought the Sharks No. 7 to the ground.
A penalty was awarded and Koroibete was placed on report.
Meanwhile, in other matches the Eels beat the Tigers 8-0 while the Warriors defeated the Knights 40-18.
