Koroi Hits Out At Qarase
The group includes Ratu Tevita Uluilakeba Mara, Jokapeci Koroi, Adi Finau Tabakaucoro, Reverend Akuila Yabaki, Ratu Filimoni Ralogaivau and Ratu Josateki Nawalowalo amongst others.
Qarase said the 16 Fijian NCBBF members statement that Indigenous Fijians should support the NCBBF and the Draft People's Charter has no ground because they have no mandate to speak on behalf of the Indigenous Fijians.
However, Koroi said Qarase should leave them alone to carry out their work as their work is beneficial to Fiji's future.
The SDL said the NCBBF should abandon the People's Charter, and cut our losses because it has failed to win the support of the people.
The Party added the best advice that the NCBBF can give to the Interim Prime Minister is to take the country to a general election by March 2009.
